Contact information that you may need
Brush includes various waste items from your yard, including:
Yard waste and debris
Plant clippings and trimmings
When disposing of green waste, ensure that tree limbs are cut into sections and pointing in the same direction. Clippings, including grass, leaves, and other small debris, should be placed in bags that are securely fastened.
Bulk trash includes various waste items from your home, including:
Other large household items
Keep in mind, the collection does not include garbage from remodeling or construction projects. If you are remodeling, be sure to have your contractor haul away items like paint, glass, mirrors, batteries, oils, or other large pieces of waste.
How to Properly Dispose of Your Trash
You are able to place your brush and bulk items out for collection up to nine days before your scheduled pickup. However, to be courteous of your neighbors and comply with the guidelines, please refrain from placing trash out more than nine days in advance.
It’s important to note that brush and bulk items must be separated in piles that are at least three feet apart. The brush will be composted and re-used, whereas trash is taken to a landfill for disposal. Be sure to read up on the dos and don’ts of preparing your brush and bulk trash for collection.
